Cancellation fee:

A short-term cancellation can mean extra organizational overhead or up to a financial loss for us.

As partnerships with our guests are equally important, we also see the importance of the following cases:

Due to the corona situation, we declare our solidarity and relax the cancellation conditions:

Until 31st Mai 2022:

• Cancellation up to 2 weeks before: free of charge
• Cancellation up to 1 week before: 50 %
• Cancellation under 1 week before and in case of non-arrival: 80%

From 01st June 2022:

• Cancellation up to 4 weeks before: free of charge
• Cancellation up to 3 weeks before: 50%
• Cancellation up to 2 weeks before: 70%
• Cancellation up to 1 week before and in case of non-arrival: 80%
